Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using PetTracks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Description of the service
PetTracks is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application for managing pets, health records, inventory, tasks, and related data. The service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for personal and small-team use.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. One workspace owner is responsible for the account and all activity that occurs within their workspace.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. - Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content. - Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users. - Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the application.
Subscriptions and payments
PetTracks offers both a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Data and privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using PetTracks, you agree to the collection and use of data as described therein.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into PetTracks. We do not claim any rights to your content.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon account deletion, all workspace data is permanently removed from our systems.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. PetTracks is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PetTracks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
